What Does the following X-ray Indicate? 

my X ray has following findings Pleural thickening seen at left apex Fibro Calcific foci seen at upper mid zone Right Lung is clear Hila and mediastinum appears normal Both Costopherenic angles are normal Heart size is normal Throacic cage intact Diaphragmatic countour normal Please suggest about my Xray. I am 33 years old having 80 KG Weight no cough fever etc

The pleural thickening may only represent a previous lung infection

That would be true also of the calcific foci
